Refund policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Precision Layers, Inc., we take pride in creating high-quality custom crafts that are laser engraved, or 3D printed. Since most of our items are custom-made, all sales are considered final.  We want our customers to be very happy with their purchases. For this reason, we will accept returns on certain non-customized products under the following terms:

Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for non-customized items only.
  • Purchases on all customized purchases are final, unless the product is defective.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation included.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or cash, at the discretion of Precision Layers, Inc..

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is deemed defective, we will cover return shipping.

Defective Products

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Proof of the defect (e.g., photos) may be required before a return is approved.

Proof of Purchase

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Processing Time

  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on the circumstances of the return.
  • You will be notified once your return has been inspected and a decision has been made.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
