Returns & Exchange Policy
At Precision Layers, Inc., we take pride in creating high-quality custom crafts that are laser engraved, or 3D printed. Since most of our items are custom-made, all sales are considered final. We want our customers to be very happy with their purchases. For this reason, we will accept returns on certain non-customized products under the following terms:
Return Window
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for non-customized items only.
- Purchases on all customized purchases are final, unless the product is defective.
Condition of Returned Items
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation included.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or cash, at the discretion of Precision Layers, Inc..
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is deemed defective, we will cover return shipping.
Defective Products
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Proof of the defect (e.g., photos) may be required before a return is approved.
Proof of Purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Processing Time
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on the circumstances of the return.
- You will be notified once your return has been inspected and a decision has been made.
Restocking Fees
- We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
